This mid-century small occasional / side table is Model no. 381, designed by Kai Kristiansen for Aksel Kjersgaard Small occasional teak table. The designs of Kristiansen have a refined finish with attention to detail, he mainly worked with teak and rosewood.
 
This piece has a manufacturers mark on the underside, as per the image. This model is a well known design that I well documented in general design literature.
