Pretty French bamboo / rattan jardinière planter. Constructed from a rattan frame with decorative bamboo vertical uprights.
 
The two-tier design has an open shelf on bottom  to hold additional pots.
 
Inside the trough is a red metal liner with two loop handles, some paint loss (13 x 16 x 55 cms)
